Josh Cohen spent a lot of time in the newsroom as a student at Guilford College. Writer, News Editor, and finally Editor in Chief for the award winning student newspaper, the Guilfordian, he built a deep appreciation for journalism’s essential function as a tool for community change. Since graduating in May ‘08, Josh moved to Washington DC where he’s doing his best to apply his writing chops in professional journalism settings.

Josh has been a musician his whole life and can usually be found behind his drum set or guitar in his free time. You might also find him on his bike doing a mediocre job with his new-found love, cyclocross racing.
