Sarah Rasmussen graduated from Salem College in 2006 and has been taking the scenic route through life ever since. With a diverse resume spanning three continents, she makes an interesting drinking companion and a vivid story teller. She worked in Kyrgyzstan on women’s issues and health care, volunteers as an advocate for survivors of sexual violence and gives presentations focusing on domestic violence within both the LGBT and heterosexual communities. She is an internationally ranked three day event rider and an acclaimed riding instructor. At home on the road, she is currently living and traveling with her two dogs, Slayka and Aya. She does not own a television and cannot function without coffee.
